Meet the Founder, CSM Jacoby Gadson

I am Command Sergeant Major (Ret.) Jacoby Gadson—Founder of New Generational Blueprint and CEO of Gadson Blueprint Academy. With over 29 years of service in the United States Army and a lifetime committed to public leadership, I’ve stood at the intersection of duty, discipline, and deep community need.

My mission is simple but urgent: to disrupt cycles of trauma and generational poverty by anchoring families in healing, resilience, and purpose.

I founded New Generational Blueprint to be more than just a service provider. This organization is a force multiplier—working directly with Indiana’s courts, schools, and family systems to bring real transformation. Our programs are rooted in the everyday struggles of justice-involved fathers, overwhelmed mothers, and youth at risk of slipping through the cracks. We build them back up—not through handouts, but through strategy, accountability, and love.

I carry theImage grit of a soldier, the lens of a sociologist, and the soul of a servant. Through trauma-informed workshops, veteran mental health advocacy, and fatherhood reengagement programming, I’ve seen how intentional investment can bring a family back from the edge.

We are aligned with Indiana’s Next Level priorities—strengthening behavioral health infrastructure, reducing recidivism, and building workforce pipelines. Our blueprint is not a theory—it’s a field-tested, data-driven response to what Hoosier families truly need.

To my partners in government, education, and civic leadership: this is your invitation. Let’s reform systems, not just react to them. Let’s build outcomes, not just outputs. Let’s get Indiana moving forward, one family at a time.
