New Generational Blueprint is a veteran-led organization
committed to restoring families and strengthening communities across Indiana.
Founded by Command Sergeant Major (Ret.) Jacoby Gadson,
our mission is to address the root causes of generational instability
through trauma-informed, accountability-based programs.
With over 29 years of military service, CSM Gadson brings a unique perspective
to community leadership, emphasizing discipline, resilience, and purpose.
Our approach is not about providing handouts but about empowering
individuals and families to rebuild their lives with dignity and determination.
We collaborate closely with Indiana's courts, schools,
and family systems to implement strategies that disrupt cycles of trauma and poverty.
Our programs are designed to support justice-involved fathers, overwhelmed mothers,
and at-risk youth, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to thrive.
Our Vision is an Indiana where every family—
regardless of past challenges—
has the opportunity to achieve stability and success.
Our Mission is to deliver trauma-informed, court-recognized,
and outcome-driven services that restore families,
empower fathers, and support youth across Indiana.
Upholding the highest
standards in all our actions.
Taking responsibility for our commitments and outcomes.
Dedication to the well-being and growth of the communities we serve.
Encouraging strength and adaptability
in the face of adversity.
We are aligned with Indiana’s Next Level priorities—
strengthening behavioral health infrastructure, reducing recidivism,
and building workforce pipelines. Our blueprint is not a theory—
it’s a field-tested, data-driven response to what Hoosier families truly need.
To our partners in government, education, and civic leadership: this is your invitation.
Let’s reform systems, not just react to them. Let’s build outcomes, not just outputs.
Let’s get Indiana moving forward, one family at a time.
